This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By using Listnly, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not access or use the Service.

Note: Conversations between Users and Listeners are designed to be anonymous. You are not required to provide personally identifying information during sessions.

Opt-Out Requests via Authorized Agent & Verification

We do not intentionally collect or use Sensitive Personal Information (as defined by CPRA) for the purpose of inferring characteristics or for any secondary purpose requiring a right to limit. If that changes, we will provide a “Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information” control and update this Policy.

We currently do not offer a financial incentive program (e.g., paid loyalty, discounts in exchange for data). If we introduce one, we will provide a separate Notice of Financial Incentive describing material terms, categories of data involved, how to opt in, and how to withdraw.
